adamr
Hey guys, I'm a noob so bare with me please. Is there anyway I can save the data in the Hardware Utility so I don't have to search for my unit on the network every time I open it? Also, how can I keep all my lights on, instead of running a show? Only way I know how to do it now is though the hardware utility and using the "console" to turn the lights on manually. Thanks-Adam
Premier
sorry, no way that I know of to save the data in Hardware Utility, you have to run it each time. As far as the lights go, you can make a small animation sequence loop with your lights all on and run it. I do that for time before and after our show, its just a one minute animation loop with a few slow fades.
k6ccc
In the hardware utility, there is a slider that adjusts how high an address to search for. If you only have a couple controllers, slide that down to just above your highest controller and then the search is really fast. That parameter is saved BTW. Agreed - create a simple animation show.
