4G Parch

I would like  to  DL and  install the  4G Patch. I have  an  older laptop which takes  forever to  save and  load  LOR sequences. Can  anyone   please  explain how  I  can  do  this? Thanks

But where  do I  put the   patch file?

Assuming windows 7

 

Start-->Computer-->C: Drive-->Program Files (x86)-->Light-O-Rama-->LORSequenceEditor.exe

 

I myself put the 4 Gb patch on anything that has (.exe) behind it.

FYI - I have found this patch also resolves the issues I use to have with Firefox.  Applied this patch to it and the Flash executables & I no longer have to restart Firefox every couple days.

Doesn't matter where you put the patch,  when you run it you will be asked what file you want to patch,  select the .exe file you want to use additional memory.

If you are going to use the same machine to run your show, also put it in the LORMonitor.exe file.

It may need to be mentioned that you need to be running X64 Windows.
