Bcspy Posted October 25, 2014 Share Posted October 25, 2014 Just got a new HP Laptop with window 7. I open up the IMS project file. I then open the completed visualizer file. I then go to preferences and click visualizer preferences. I then go to visualizer file and click Simulation mode. The bottom USP Simulation active on is the same as the preference number box on the IMS project file. The screen show the background and will not play the props or fixures. What am I doing wrong? I'm using 3.11.2 Advanced. Is there a setting I don't know about. Link to comment Share on other sites More sharing options...

Vince4xmas Posted November 14, 2014 Share Posted November 14, 2014 On several occasions Visualizer has stopped working. It starts up and allows me to hit the play button with no errors. But no animation is shown during playback. The only way I can get it to work is to restart Windows (maybe several times) and Visualizer begins operating correctly again. Anyone experience this?
