I'm surprised you were able to lift it alone. Is it made of PVC? Nice touch with the skeleton...reminds me of the terminator...lol

Well the skeleton is a Pose-N-Stay skeleton from CVS and is made of plastic. Very light weight. Attached it to tower first then lifted up to whole thing with my brothers jeep & winch.

Yes, the base is hinged. Made for an easy attach and raise type of deal.
