Andy2567 Posted October 11, 2014 Share Posted October 11, 2014 I need lots of help. I have a 16 channel and tons of lights but have very little computer skills. I have now owned this for two years and haven't had any luck. I love christmas and everyone comes from all around to see my lights but I really want to take it to the next level. dgrant Posted October 12, 2014 Share Posted October 12, 2014 You need to give us more information please. Do you have the USB/RS485 converter from LOR to connect to your computer? What level of license did you buy? I don't live in NY but hopefully someone will see this posting of yours who is near you. First suggestion is to watch all of the LOR video tutorials at the top of this page or on the LOR website itself. They contain most all of the information you need to get started and then some.
