How to Connect RGB ribbons?

I purchased a couple of the LOR RGB ribbons.  They are a capped at the end, so how do y'all connect them?  Do you peel back the wrapping and sauder them together?  Is there a different product you would recommend?

After re-reading my post, I wasn't very clear.  How do you connect multiple strips together?  Do they have to be saudered or is there a different product that is easier to connect the strips?

If they are dumb rgb ribbons then yes they can be soldered together or what I suggest, solder pig tail connectors on the end. If they are CCR ribbons they commit be lengthened, you need to order another set including controller.

For dumb ribbons. You can find multiple suppliers that sell the item below

Also consider the power supply needs if you lengthen the strips or strings. The RGB usually run on 12 VDC. The more you have, the more wattage you need. Do your power calculations.

There are 'vampire' connectors for the RGB strands. However, I have not seen good reviews for them keeping connections when used outside. SO.. I would solder wires to the ends.  Like these:
