Converting channels to RGB

Another Newbie Question:

 

I just got some LOR Pixels at the Summer sale and I want to know how I can use them in my current sequence. I know I can Add RGB Channels but If I have a sequence created using non RGB channels and I want to change those channels to RGB does the sequence I already created on the NON RGB channel convert to RGB?

 

If not; do I have to sequence those channels over again or is there some easier way?
