.mp3 constant bit rate question

Can we use something other than 128 constant bit rate with the .mp3 director? I'm actually looking to rip a file at something lower than 128 if the file would still be compatible.

Thanks,
Brian

I accidentally ran some at 192kbs and it work fine. Try it and see. If it doesn't work, it will give an error then go to the next sequence.

I think the range is from 128 to 224. I tried some at 320 and it didn't like those so I down converted them to 224 and it was fine...
