nudge feature?

I searched the forum for this topic and didn't see anything so I thought I would post my question here.

 

Is there a nudge feature?  I thought I heard someone at one time say there was.

 

I have a sequence and it's off a few seconds from my audio. My audio is 128 bit rate so I know it's not that.

I've been copying the entire sequence and then pasting it in a different cell to adjust the timing but that is very tedious.

Is there a feature where I can just take the whole sequence and nudge it forward or back a few seconds?

 

Any help would greatly be appreciated!
