Box on Rails
So I'm getting ready to cut down the length of some of my RGB dumb strips and stopped and thought I better ask before I make a cut that screws up the strip. I know I have to cut them on the cut lines but what is the best tool that will make a clean straight cut? I plan on making cuts and then attaching connectors that will allow straight bends at corners in the window frames. these are the connectors. http://store.creativelightingdisplays.com/4-Conductor-LED-Strip-Connector-with-6-Wire-15cm-4C-STRIP-CONN-W.htm

Max-Paul
Ditto,But let me add this. DO NOT use your wife's favorite sewing scissors. Unless you can get an A.C. unit in the dog house.

jstorms
I have a friend who uses a paper chopper for his. He rigged it so that it can only go down so far (to the perfect height). He is cutting strips so that he has one for each wire branch in his trees. He also found that it was easier to come up from underneath than from above.
