not valid fixture or prop file for application error

I can't seem to figure out what i am doing wrong. I have searched the forums for two days now and am now resorting to asking for help. I just recieved a visualization for my singing christmas tree and singing pumkins I ordered from holiday coro.Every time I try and open it I get an error code saying it is not a valid prop or fixture. I tried changing the file type to LPF and LFF in my prop and fixture folders and just importing it into a visualization. Any help or suggestions are appreciated. Thanks
