Kent Stutzman Posted March 23, 2014 Share Posted March 23, 2014 The mega tree has gone RGB and there’s no turning back, so I would like to give away my incandescent strands. There are: O 24 multicolor strands from Walmart, 100 bulbs, 20’ long. They are well used and have faded into nice pastel colors, but not chipping. Still look good IMHO. Green wire. O 24 purple strands from Walmart, 100 bulbs, 20’ long. More of a burgundy red than purple, but they are packaged as purple. White wire. O 20 yellow strands from Home Depot. 70 high intensity bulbs (0.4 Watts / bulb). 15’ green wire. I used the yellow vertically to form a 15’ mega tree and then spiraled the 20’ strands around the yellow. Can also be used for non-mega tree purposes. All but about 2 strands of each color are working. I am in Yorba Linda which is north Orange County, California at roughly the intersection of the 91 and 55 freeways.
