I made Pikadroo's talking c7 Fa la la la lights and shipping was surprisingly expensive and those were 2x3 or so. Bells are easier to make than other things. Got a welder? Get some 1/4" mild steel and giver a try. I can send you a photo of some simple bending jigs. You've got all spring and summer to practice.
