don731
Using SuperStar to add sub-sequences to our show. Works great, as long as we choose a pre-defined effect. We are using just one CCR. Is there an easy way to just fade the entire CCR up from OFF to about 40% brightness in a single color such as blue, for the entire song, then fade it out? Nothing more complicated than this. BrianBruderer
To fade up the entire CCR you would use a Scene. Do the following: 1) Click on Tools, Scene2) Set the Start Color to black, do this by setting Red to 0, Green to 0, Blue to 03) Set the End Color to 40% Blue. Do this by setting Red to 0, Green to 0, Blue to 404) Click and drag with the mouse on the time ruler to mark a start and end time5) Select the pixels you want the scene to be applied to. In your case you want to select all the pixels on the CCR. Do this with a click and drag across the green squares on the sequencing grid6) Click on the "Add" button in the Scene dialog box7) This will fade up from black to 40% blue.8) To keep it at 40% blue, set the start color and end color to 40% blue.9) Left click on the time ruler just after the fade up. Use the Fast Forward button to scroll to where you want the 40% blue to end. Right click on the time ruler to mark the end time.10) Click on the "Add" button in the Scene dialog box.11) If you want, you can now fade down by setting the start color to 40% blue and the end color to black12) Click and drag on the time ruler to mark the time that you want to face down from blue to black13) Click on the "Add" button in the Scene dialog box Press Ctrl + Fast Rewind to go to the beginning of the sequence. Hit the "Play All" button (the button that looks like a movie camera on a tripod)
