trouble with the new upgade

I just down loaded the the new upgrade last night and now my sequence editor is giving me major problems. just some of the issues are I start a sequence the audio plays about 3 seconds before the tracking bar starts to move (jumps from the start of the squence to where the song is)  just the opposit when I try to stop the sequence ( tracking bar stops but the music keeps playing) it isn't like it was running all that great before (had tracking problems anyway) but nothing this bad has anyone else had anything like this happen to them. oh and does any have a harlem shake sequence set up for a basic 128 channel.

What kind of audio file are you using? I've heard of those kinds of problems with Variable Bit Rate MP3s, but not with .wav files or Constant Bit Rate MP3s.
