service call Posted November 30, 2013 Share Posted November 30, 2013 This is my first year, but even with the learning curve, it didn't turn out too bad. Already thinking of new things for next year. To the LOR designers / engineers thanks for the product. It worked flawlessly for me. The guests that came by to watch all enjoyed the show. To all the others that kept reminding us to " back up your work ". That was a major thumbs up. I deleated the wrong file by accident and the back up saved me.
