Outside projector

I'm wanting to build a prop in the yard and portray my virtual Santa on it. Anyone know what the operating conditions are for the projector or have any cheap suggestions for keeping the projector from getting too cold?

If you acclimate the projector to the cold slowly, then you shouldn't have any issues if it is in a dry location.

Don't fire up the projector when it has been in the cold too long. You could shatter the lamp.

 

Best bet is to put it out at the beginning of the show and bring it inside overnight.
