Visualizer works with two controllers but not a 3rd.

I added a third 16 channel controller to my sequence editor vers. 3.5.0 basic, added all the channels to my visualizer 3.5.0.  The visualizer works great for the first 2 controllers but it is like it can't see the 3rd newest controller.  I have tried:

 

Adding different types of lights in the visulaizer and addressing them to the 3rd controller

Shutting down all LOR programs.

Restarting my computer

Deleting the controller and channels in both the sequencer and visualizer and reloading.

 

All to no avail.

 

Any body have any ideas.  Please help!

A Basic license will only support up to two controllers. This carries over into the Visualizer as well.
