Novice Hallowen display on super budget

Was on a total budget to do this in time for Halloween. First time ever to do this. It consists of a huge mock orange bush draped with a surplus parachute and using only seven channels and strings of cheap LED lights on plywood. Yes it looks much better darker, but I wanted to show the the pumpkin. Still have no idea of how to get LEDs to create colors that aren't going to bankrupt me. Your feedback would be appreciated.
