After all, we don't want to shoot Santa down now do we? No flight plan = Santa could be misidentified as a UFO, and as much as I hate to say it, we'd shoot it down, then ask questions later. Would sure hate to have to explain why we shot ol' Santa out of the sky to the children. Just sayin....
