A Green Mega Tree?

I know many of you implement beautiful mega trees into your shows, some spiral trees, some simple (yet still awesome) light string trees, some even have wicked Pixel trees. 

 

I thought about doing a simple light string mega tree myself, However I remembered I bought a bunch of branch garland I purchased last year on ACS. 

 

My idea is to weld a frame with rebar, paint it, cover it with some dark green sun shade fabric, and cover it in branch garland. Are there any kind of plans like this for a similar tree, I would want to make it in a few pieces for easy storage (15-20' tall tree). I believe Mike Z, I hope I got that right, the creator of his show "Lights on Display" and his character DJ Jingles has a similar tree in his display which looks awesome.
