Don Posted September 16, 2013 Share Posted September 16, 2013 You can do a fading twinkle and set the intensity on a twinkle. However, there isn't an easy way to slow down a twinkle. While it's not perfect, you could subdivide and area into many cells, turn everything on, then go back and turn cells on/off at random. It will take a while to get right, but it's possible.
