Twinkle speed change

Any way to alter the twinkle speed?

You can do a fading twinkle and set the intensity on a twinkle. However, there isn't an easy way to slow down a twinkle.

 

While it's not perfect, you could subdivide and area into many cells, turn everything on, then go back and turn cells on/off at random. It will take a while to get right, but it's possible.

Thanks for that.   Maybe LOR will add this to the list of suggestions.  Also would like to see a way to apply a "random" to all effects.
