i picked up some styrofoam tombstones from wallmart and want to put string lights around them.  i tried staples but they just pull right out.  is hot glue a better option?  or crazy glue?

or poke holes and stick the lights thru then glue the backs?

We light ours with either dimmed floods in front of the tombstones that are hidden from view or with bright C7/9's in front hidden from view.

Here's a horrible picture of it, I will look and see if I have any better ones tonight.

I drilled 100 holes with a drill bit in each of mine, the only thing is the purple ones didn't look bright at all, they looked pretty crappy in fact. I can't seem to find a picture on this computer, when I get home, I'll look for one to post.

I would think crazy glue would melt the styrofoam.  You might try it on the back side first so you don't ruin the front...

I use spot lights hid behind other tombstones.

I found a lighted tombstone picture.

If you use craft wire you can cut it to length like a staple and stick all the way through the styrofoam and twist tie it in the back.
