ranjanpa Posted August 27, 2013 Posted August 27, 2013 I am trying to draw dumb ribbons on my windows and am confused. what tool should i use to draw (ccr wizard or just plain strings with rgb)How many pixels should i choose (there are 50 pixels in the string but i will use a dumb version - so all pixels will light up same color) These dumb ribbons are from seasonal entertainment. Any help for this newbie? thanks.
Ron Boyd Posted August 27, 2013 Posted August 27, 2013 Another way is with single bulb. It's harder than the light strings and creating them in RGB. You can put as many bulbs or as little bulbs as you prefer. Select "Single Bulb" Click the first one and set it up as RGB in the dialog box. Select ok and then click to your heart's content. Each time you click, it will add another bulb to the first bulb set-up. Again, not as easy as "Light String RGB, but you can get as many or as few you want. Just another option
bisquit476 Posted August 27, 2013 Posted August 27, 2013 The only problem with single bulbs is depending on how many you use, they can make a huge Visualizer file which hurts performance.
Ron Boyd Posted August 27, 2013 Posted August 27, 2013 Well.....There is that. Oops, you are correct. My bad. Strike my comment ranjanpa.
ranjanpa Posted August 27, 2013 Author Posted August 27, 2013 Thanks Ron and Bisquit. Will set this up a a rgb string.
