Roger Leon Forbes Posted August 12, 2013 Share Posted August 12, 2013 Lost my computer due to lighting and bought a new one that has Windows 8 with explore 10 as OS. I have been trying to download S3 and keep getting "HTTP 403" I know its something I need to turn off or on but have not had any luck finding it yet.
