trying to understand CCP pixel trees

I have 6 CCP controllers trying to make a pixel tree I have advanced 3.10 and 8 CCR license but when I try exporting from sss to sequence editor message saying my license is only for 1200 channels any ideas

8 CCR License is 150 channels per CCR * 8 = 1200

 

Since the CCP's are two strings, you have 300 channels per CCP, which would equal 1800 channels.

The confusion arises because one CCR controller controls one ribbon of 50 pixels which is 150 channels. But a CCP controller controls two strings of 50 lights for a total of 100 pixels which is 300 channels. So the 8 CCR license will export 8 CCRs or 8 strings of CCPs, but 8 strings of CCPs is 4 CCP controllers.

Do you know how much power (amps) one ccp controllers uses?
