robigd
Hi, I am using CCB's for window frames and each window has 2 CCB's that are just hanging off that will never be used. I am a neat freak in trying to design my Visualization, so Is there any way to "hide" these so they don't show up in both Visualizer AND SSS? From my understanding, a CCX needs to contain 50 pixels, right? Thank you in advance for your responses!
jimswinder
Wouldn't it be true that as soon as you turn on "Simulation Mode" that they would not be visible...and would only become visible if you had some events tied to them in the Sequence Editor? jimswinder
If you are making a prop, like when using the Arch Wizard, you can tell it how many pixels you want it to be..so you can change it to 48...under "Pixels Per Segment".
robigd
Thanks for the response! That is true that they are not visible during simulation mode, but the main reason I ask is because I intend to do other parts of my house with CCB's that will only require 30-35 lights per string, and was just curious because in SSS, it would be nice to only have the pixels visible in the layout because it can get a little tricky when you have a bunch of CCB's on the screen. Sounds like a prop may be the way to go.
