need info before i order

ok, this is my second yr and i want to add a couple of the cosmic color ribbons, now i already have a LOR160xW g3 with the basic + superstar 2 ribbon software. What all am i gona need to add the ribbons, ( another LOR160xW or can i just add the ribbons and not loose any of the 16 ch that i already have? ) What i would really like to do is add 32 more chs to the 16 i have plus add 4 ribbons to this yrs show. I dont want to order 2 add on controllers and 4 ribbons with controllers + power and then find out i needed something else.

The CCR's (and Bulbs/Pixels) have their own controller. (They also ship with their own power supply.) They do not connect to the 1602 or CTB16PC controllers to run.

 

In fact, you could have an entire display of Ribbons, Bulbs and Pixels without a single 1602 CTB16PC in your display.

so to understand you right i can go ahead and order the 2 16ch controllers and the 4 ribbons then all i would need is just the upgrade on my license correct?

 

This way i can have 48chs of lights and whatnot plus 4 ribbons.
