How do I program DIY Smart LED strips in visualizer?

I have a few smart strings that I want to locate on the horizontal eaves of my house.  Not sure how to program these in Visualizer.  I can easily add CCR strips, but the programming will not allow me to change from LOR. I can also easily program dumb strips as well. 

 

 How can I tell visualizer these are individually controller pixels?

Have to draw them 1 at a time or download this utility in this forum: http://forums.lightorama.com/index.php?/topic/26528-rgb-pixel-utility/  You can also look in here: http://forums.lightorama.com/index.php?/topic/15271-official-s3-lor-visualizer-props-and-fixtures-attachments/ where some of us have already set them up, you'll just have to look around for pixel posts.

As of right now, that's the only way that I know of. Dan did mention in a post a few weeks back that they were working on some stuff for pixels, DIY and the like. Software and hardware if I remember correctly.
