Don Posted March 9, 2013 Share Posted March 9, 2013 First, you need to verify exactly which license you have: http://www.lightorama.com/LicenseRetrieval.html If you did not have a SSE license, then you would have needed to purchase one: http://store.lightorama.com/suse.html If you did have a SSE license, then you would have purchased the upgrade: http://store.lightorama.com/sustup1.html I would suggest filling out a support ticket and letting them work out the details. Be sure to include your license information in the original ticket. Note: None of the upgrades are priced at $299. The $299 cost is for the purchase of the 24_CCR license. I don't know how the license system is set up, so I can't say for sure if that will resolve the problem. It might, but then again, it might not.
