purchased upgrade

i just purchased the 2-24 upgrade for sse for $250,,, i can not find the key,, do i need to purchase the 2 ribbon version to get the upgrade key first?,, and will it be emailed to me? any help or thought is greatly appreciated

According to your time stamp,  nobody is at the office to issue you the license key via email.

im sorry some of the upgrades say $299 and the one i did was $250?,, i did not have super star on my license,, do you think i need to purchase the first $49 one in order to be able to use sse?

First, you need to verify exactly which license you have: http://www.lightorama.com/LicenseRetrieval.html

 

If you did not have a SSE license, then you would have needed to purchase one: http://store.lightorama.com/suse.html

 

If you did have a SSE license, then you would have purchased the upgrade: http://store.lightorama.com/sustup1.html

 

I would suggest filling out a support ticket and letting them work out the details. Be sure to include your license information in the original ticket.

 

Note: None of the upgrades are priced at $299. The $299 cost is for the purchase of the 24_CCR license. The $250 upgrade goes from 2CCR to 24CCR. $250 upgrade + the 2_CCR cost of $49 would equal the full purchase price.

thats what i thought, just wasnt sure, thanks for the timely response and ill purchase the $49 one tomorrow, as far as my license is i already have s3 advanced, so this should not be a problem correct? =)

I would still suggest contacting support. I don't know how the license system is set up, so I can't say for sure if that will resolve the problem. It might, but then again, it might not.

thank you guys,,, i purchased the $49 dollar 2 strip upgrade, and now its only letting me sequence 2 ribbons?? any suggestions other than a help ticket to resolve this? as soon as i purchased the $49 version worked once i logged back in but its not seeing the fact i purchased the 24 ribbon "upgrade", first!,,, GRRRRRRR i probably know the answer but its worth a shot?? any ideas?,, lol other than a help ticket? =)
