Actual Props

Gotta question!

I have seen all the great sequences out there with the associated props and fixtures.  Does anyone have any actual plans and/or instructions as to how to make the physical prop or fixture?  Had some wire frames and I am going to re-vamp those, but some of the props like the talking tree don't have actual construction plans.
