Santas Helper
Ken, I purchased a similar flood for experimenting with and just got it in last week. It has RGB in it though. My origial plan was to take out the AC parts and directly connect up with the DC controller.

gtoyeah
I have seen these on a friends show that create a similar effect.http://www.ebay.com/itm/280942189525?ssPageName=STRK:MESINDXX:IT&_trksid=p3984.m1436.l2649 Forgive me as my knowledge is limited with using these. If i buy these can i add female plugs to the end of them, and plug them into my light o rama residential v2 box. As i would any other christmas lights? gtoyeah
Im looking at getting these. This way i can leave them up for Halloween (orange) then use them for Christmas (red). I wouldnt control them to change during the show. just use the keypad to change them after the seasons. http://www.ebay.com/itm/10W-Underwater-Spot-light-RGB-LED-Flood-Wash-Light-Lamp-Safe-12V-Remote-Control-/140852262919?pt=LH_DefaultDomain_0&hash=item20cb72f807

As i would any other christmas lights?don't think those will work with the ac controllers, but easily done with a dc controller. those lights will also need at least a 150 watt power supply that is about 12.5 amps@ 12volts.
