Is there a way I can freeze the action in the ccrs so that a photo can be taken?

If you play a sequence and press stop, I believe that they stay on when you stop it.

I assume you mean you want to take a photo of the actual CCRs. In the LOR Sequence Editor do the following:

1) click on the "Play" menu and select "Loop at End".

2) Click on the "Play" menu again, select "Play Range" then select "Selection"

3) Go to the part you want to take a picture of, select a small portion of the sequence

4) Click on the Play button, it will play the selected portion over and over again.
