Loutampa Posted December 8, 2012 Posted December 8, 2012 I wonder if anyone can help me on this.Is there a way to build a show, and then see the whole showon the computer in the Visualizer window?I have built the show but need to get my timing down to the second,I know you can see each sequence in the visualizer, but how about the whole show..My computer is not plugged into the controllers.Any help is appreciatedThanxLou
jimswinder Posted December 8, 2012 Posted December 8, 2012 (edited) yes....do a "Show On Demand" (browse for the show you want to run) and make sure you have the Use LOR Visualizer checked in the Control Panel.. Edited December 8, 2012 by jimswinder
Loutampa Posted December 8, 2012 Author Posted December 8, 2012 Thanx for the reply.Sorry, that doesn't work..I do have the 'Use the LOR Visualizer' checked, but when I go to start the show, an error box comes, evidently looking for the controllers.Like Open error, Port such and such.any other hints,Thanx'Lou
jimswinder Posted December 8, 2012 Posted December 8, 2012 (edited) do you have your Sequence Editor open? You can't have it or anything else using the port open... Edited December 8, 2012 by jimswinder

jimswinder Posted December 8, 2012 Posted December 8, 2012 hmmm...my controllers are hooked up...maybe that's why mine work and yours don't...I don't know if that is a requirement or not...
Don Posted December 8, 2012 Posted December 8, 2012 My computer is not plugged into the controllers.Does this mean you are running the show via a Mini-Director or Showtime Director? If so, then there is no way to watch the show from the director 'live' on your computer. If you were to connect a USB485 to your computer, you could enable shows and watch what the computer would be doing if you were controlling it from your computer. That still won't show you what is playing from the Director, though.
Loutampa Posted December 8, 2012 Author Posted December 8, 2012 Righty, right then.I am using a mini director that an SDHC card plugs into.So no show available then on the computer.I wondered if the program could do this, but seems not.Thanx for the help guys, much appreciatedLou
mcmpros Posted December 9, 2012 Posted December 9, 2012 Only option that might work is open all sequences in editer and then play all sequences when you then you should see it your visualization. You might need to use a stop watch to get the timing down.
