How do I Move a Sequence to my laptop

I want to take a sequence from my PC and move it to my laptop.

I just put it on a memory stick and tranfer it into my documents light o rama sequences,also do the same with the audio files.

The sequence file ends with a .lms suffix. That's the only one you need to move - except for the audio file of course. No need to move any of the other files that are created with the sequences.
