edm frequency

How do you set the frequency on a edm tx model transmitter? I've had this one setting around for a back up and can't remember how. I plug it in now, it goes to the default freq (88.2) and then goes into tune mode. I can't get it to lock in using the up or down buttons. It just keeps running down through the frequencies.

I don't recall needing to do anything to "lock it in"--just set it and forget it. Kinda sounds like a button is sticking or something.

Thanks, I'd never used it before, been sitting in the basement for 3-4 years and decided to test it out. Guess I won't rely on it for a back-up.
