docbass06 Posted November 11, 2012 Posted November 11, 2012 99.99% of my music is on the itunes format, is there a way to convert it into something light o rama can use or does that have to be done before I use the software. Can the light o Rama software do it by itself?
Don Posted November 11, 2012 Posted November 11, 2012 You need to convert the file before using it with LOR, it can not do that itself.I'm not an iTunes user, but this article gives some ideas on how to convert the audio.
docbass06 Posted November 11, 2012 Author Posted November 11, 2012 Heythanks for the info. Glad I'm going to try and do this next year, seems like a lot of work
T17443 Posted November 11, 2012 Posted November 11, 2012 All of my music started in iTunes format. I use ConverterLite to change to either mp3 or wav file. Either work with LOR. ConverterLite can be downloaded for free and has worked well for me.
dgtlpro Posted November 11, 2012 Posted November 11, 2012 I use Nero wave editor. Just open file and save as mp3.
Lil' Joe Posted November 11, 2012 Posted November 11, 2012 Audacity will also let you convert, and set bit rates for mp3s. It'll let you see the wave form of the song. I use it to especially help me with singing pieces and help me pin point timings.
LightsinMaine Posted November 11, 2012 Posted November 11, 2012 (edited) If you open iTunes and right click the song and select CreatE mp3 version.....bam done... Edited November 11, 2012 by LightsinMaine
