Bud Bray Posted October 28, 2012 Share Posted October 28, 2012 OK, noob here. what i'm doing is using existing sequences for my first Xmas display and each has an animation showing the light display. What I have done for 4 of them now is re-build the animation to my setup parameters but is there an easier way to use the same animation once I re-label the channels on the sequence? Tried looking it up and couldn't find a YouTube vid. It's kinda important to see how my setup will look vs the sequence author's. Any help appreciated. Right now I have 4 sequences with the matching animation using my set pieces so if I could just plug that animation into all the sequences i adapt, it would sure save some work.Thanks,Bud Link to comment Share on other sites More sharing options...
Don Posted October 28, 2012 Share Posted October 28, 2012 You can use 'Edit-import/export channel configuration' to create a template of your channels. Once you do that, import the channel configuration into the new sequence, and your done.There might be some things not 100% right after the import, but it will go a long way to getting you where you want tol be.
