Linda
I'd like to put lights on a carousel that we made for our display. I know there is something I can buy to keep the lights from tangling as it turns but I don't remember what it is or where I read about it. Help would be greatly appreciated.... Santas Helper
A copper slip-ring connection would be required for something turning like that. You could google it for different applications. Here it explains the function of them: http://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Slip_ring Edited October 22, 2012 by Santas Helper
Orville
You mean one of these?http://www.ebay.com/sch/i.html?_nkw=rotating+christmas+tree+standsI believe this is what most folks use for those type applications with a little modification, especially if being utilized outdoors.
