LOR Controller - Halogen Lights

Is there any special consideration for the LOR controller driving high power (300W - 500W) halogen lights?

500W/110V = ~4.55 Amps

So from a power side you are OK, you may want to see what type up warm up and cool down time you need on it, not to blow to bulb.

He's got a point. On our stage lamps, (750 watts) we give them about 2-mins worth of warm up time, believe me, I have seen brand new 30 doller laps being burnt out in a second because sombody had it up a full without a warm up.
