The first "official" showing is tonight. Hoping all goes well.I'm pretty proud of this and wanted to say "Thanks" to all those who put up with my questions and rants from months ago.This is the "successful" results and turned out better than I expected. If anyone is interested, I'd be happy to share the specs of the equipment used.The picture looks awfully small in this post. The Roof-line is 17 feet up.We actually installed this without using any power equipment. Used ropes, ladders and some pretty strong and brave (crazy?) folks.I used 2 different cameras to try & get a decent video recording. One camera shows off the Laser image, while the other shows off the CCRs. I'm looking into getting a professional to record this for me, but until then, this is the best I got. I have made minor changes to some of lighting & laser sequences since I recorded them. hdbaird Posted September 25, 2012 Author Share Posted September 25, 2012 It was just pointed out to me, that the picture of the installed light show indicates the laser as being 750w (watts). It was supposed to be 750mWatts (milliWatts). And, when looking up the laser specs again, it looks like it's actually a 700mWatts laser. And, as a side note to the laser, It also requires a different ILDA/DMX interface. The one that comes built-in the laser is very limited and not suitable for use in this type of a "portable" laser display. Link to comment Share on other sites More sharing options...
