Help - I can't get the grid to move

This is my 2nd year and I am about to put the finishing touchs on my first sequence (Not borrowed and adjusted to my suiting). I'm trying to adjust the timing grid to fine tune and there locked. Can someone let me know where the option to fix this is?

Look for the "Timings" button and click "Duplicate to Free-form Grid"

The grid you have in place now is a fixed timing grid, and as you have found out, can not be modified. The free-form grid, however, can be modified.
