Upgrading License S2->S3 Basic->Advanced

Has anyone had this error? I have Advanced licensing for S2 and renewed to get advanced for S3, but getting the attached error. I have S2 loaded on only 2 machines.

Looks like something went wrong. Contact support @ lightorama.com/support and request assistance. They'll get it taken care of for you.
