Any One Out There Make Block Letters Out Of White Coro

I'm thinking about making a NOEL out of coro With RGB lighting I was thinking 4 or 5 inches high maybe 2 1/2 deep. All block letters.. any thoughts or suggestions?? Or ....

Sounds like a good idea, but... go big or go home! :) I'd make them at least 12" tall, as 4" is going to be tiny from the street (the smallest house numbers you see on hourse are generall 4" high, many are 6" or larger)

Should be easier to construct in the larger format too

Yea, Tim You're right about the size. I'm making it a foot high. Order the coro yesterday, I'm hoping I can do what I'm wanting to do with it.

Check out some of the videos at holidaycoro.com - I dont' think they do block letters, but they do other 3D objects and I think you'd use similar construction techniques.

Yes, I did it using the 24" x 36" board. It worked great, I put the lights through bulb by bulb outlining the letter on the inside of the cut by drilling through and punching the bulbs individually through.

The Aussie Forum has a few how tos in the coro section of their forum on candy canes, candles, letters, etc. http://auschristmaslighting.com/forums/index.php?board=57.0

FastEddy also has some candy canes on his website. He had a coming soon on his letters, but I have not checked back in quite some time.
