Tim Fischer
Sounds like a good idea, but... go big or go home! I'd make them at least 12" tall, as 4" is going to be tiny from the street (the smallest house numbers you see on hourse are generall 4" high, many are 6" or larger)Should be easier to construct in the larger format too Edited July 28, 2012 by Tim Fischer
blklabman_1
Yea, Tim You're right about the size. I'm making it a foot high. Order the coro yesterday, I'm hoping I can do what I'm wanting to do with it.

shakeonit
Yes, I did it using the 24" x 36" board. It worked great, I put the lights through bulb by bulb outlining the letter on the inside of the cut by drilling through and punching the bulbs individually through. FireMedic4Christ
The Aussie Forum has a few how tos in the coro section of their forum on candy canes, candles, letters, etc. http://auschristmaslighting.com/forums/index.php?board=57.0FastEddy also has some candy canes on his website. He had a coming soon on his letters, but I have not checked back in quite some time.Brian
