Sandevices E680

So I was on the SanDevices website earlier and saw on the product page that the E680 is $19 (PCB & EEPROM) and I'm just wondering what is the EEPROM part of the kit is? I know that the E680 is an old model but I am on a tight budget and thought I would see if anyone else know how much is included?

I didn't even think I'd be able to include E1.31 this year and I realistically I know I won't fill the board up but I would still like to enable it

Go to page 2, and or page 3. Page 3 is pricing for everything not in the kit from a single vendor, excluding a $20 Ethernet module that you need to get elsewhere. So it looks like there is about $60 in parts you need beyond the mini kit.
