3d 3 CH Spinning Star

Has anyone created a 3d, 3 channel spinning star? Like the one over at Christmaslightshow.com.

I found a 3d star in the collection, but it is more of a star flare (star inside a star...)

What I have done in the past is to visualize it looking down from the top and just use 3 lines crossing. Not very realistic, but it works for me and is easy to do

I ended up creating a prop for the visualizer, I will upload it this weekend.
