Recent Tools Menu very small

Just loaded LOR on a different computer I have changed the screen resolution and color from 32 to 16, but the recent tools menu still remains very tiny.

Any ideas, I have not seen this on my desktop or past laptop.

I found a fix, I had to resize my icons to 120% which enlarged the recent tools editor.
