I added a little more to the pixel controller paragraph. I want to make it as fair as possible so anyone reading can make a choice which one they would like.

I think you summed it up nicely, 'They’re so many right ways and wrong ways out there, it takes time to understand the pros and cons'

Just a little bit of advice on the 3001 pixels.

The 3001 pixel has the highest bit rate of 12 bits and uses manchester encoding so this chip is actually by far the most demanding on data and refesh rates. This is not an issue when using 1 universe of strings hooked together. But there is a new range of controllers hitting the market that will be able to output upto 4 universes of strings from the one output, this is where the 3001 may run into issues with refesh rates, otherwise the 3001 pixel works well
