tophkissane
I want to be able to start a sequence using hot keys. Is there a way?
lkcubsrule
You can, while in the Sequence Editor, press the Space bar to begin a sequence. As far as starting a sequence without the Sequence Editor running, you must do a Show on Demand or a scheduled show. Light-O-Rama does not currently have any start on demand keyboard shortcuts / hotkeys.
bob
If you had some piece of software (external to LOR) that would detect keypresses and allow you to run Windows commands when keys are pressed, you could set up a show with that sequence and only that sequence in it, set up a schedule that plays that show 24x7, rename that schedule file out of the way, and then set up that software to rename the schedule file back into place when a certain key is pressed. As long as you had shows enabled, the sequence would then start soon after you press the key.
